T-Dubb's UFC 105 Recap

This was an exciting fight card. We finally got to see some of the fighters of TUF 9 and everyone that I picked to win fought well, dominated their fights and won. I’ve recapped the fights that were shown on Spike TV. It definitely was a good night.

Andre Winner vs. Rolando Delgado
Quick win for Winner. He showed his confidence by dropping his hands to his side quite often, which lucky for him Delgado didn’t take advantage and sneak in some shots. There was a good exchange of punches and kicks by both fighters, but Winner was able show off the quickness of his hands by clocking Delgado and knocking him down. The last shot dropped Delgado like a tree and gave Winner the win by knock out.

Alexander Gustafsson vs. Jared Hamman

Thank goodness for DVR cause I blinked and missed the knock out. Gustafsson accidently poked Hamman in the eye so the ref stopped the fight briefly. Right after they touched gloves Gustafsson threw punch square in the face and finished Hamman for the win. Hamman obviously wasn’t ready. He should have taken an extra sec to recover and then come out ready to bob and weave, instead of standing there directly in front of Gustafsson with his hands open. This has to be knockout of the night.

Ross Pearson vs. Aaron Riley
The much awaited debut of Ross Pearson was better than expected. He looked so hot and delicious, I had to watch his fight 3 times because I couldn't stop drooling.

At the beginning of the first round Ross quickly found his flow, which allowed for him to dominate Riley immediately. Ross was relentless as he landed a constant stream of punches, knees and kicks on Riley. Round two was much of the same. At the beginning of the round it seemed that Riley was finally going to put on a show when he had Pearson against the fence, but Ross was able to push him away and land some punches and knees to get back into his dominate flow. As the round goes on, Ross catches Riley with a flying knee that smashes Riley's nose and causes the referee to stop the fight for a doctor to check him out. The cut is too severe for Riley to continue, so Ross earns his first official win in the UFC. Even if the fight continued to the end of the third round, Ross would have mostly like dominated throughout and won by unanimous decision.

This is my pick for fight of the night. Pearson showed that he will be a force to be reckoned with in the future and could possibly win a title one day if he keeps up the good work.

James Wilks vs. Matt Brown
First round begins and Matt starts off with a leg kick right away. Wilks attempts a rear naked choke but lets go and then attempts to take Brown down, but Matt defends the take down well. Wilks delivers a nice leg kick to Brown’s head. Forty seconds left and Brown has a guillotine hold but Wilks gets out of it. Second round starts with flying a knee which knocks Wilks to the ground, and Brown is all over him. Wilks locks a hold of Brown’s leg but Brown gets out of it and attempts another standing guillotine. Round 3 Brown is able to get out of a kimura attempt somehow, mounts Wilks and pounds him until the referee stops the fight for the TKO. I was surprised that Wilks did so well throughout the fight. He was obviously injured and slowed down a bit, but he didn’t let that stop him from challenging Brown every step of the way.

Michael Bisping vs. Denis Kang

I was most excited for this fight because this was great matchup and also because I LOVE Bisping. He's an amazing fighter and I can't get over how fine he looks. Did you see 105 Countdown? I did multiple times. Gotta love guys with accents.

To start Bisping gets rocked in the first minute and half of the fight, which is a heart stopper. For a split second I had a flash back to the Dan Henderson fight and hoped that this is not a repeat. All is good though as he defends himself on the ground against Kang, who spends most of the time trying to get a full mount. Not much else happens in round and then the bell rings. Second round begins and 2 mins in Bisping takes Kang down and relentlessly unleashes punches on Kangs face. Kang manages to get up but Bisping takes him down again. Kangs face is bloody from the ground and pound punishment but he manages to break away again, which is short lived. Bisping takes him down for the umpteenth time and is all over Kang. Finally the referee stops the fight. Bisping wins by TKO. I hope this win shuts up all of the haters that were at UFC 100 booing him. Bisping is a great fighter and he proved that with this fight. Things will only get better for him.

Mike Swick vs. Dan Hardy
For marjority of the first round the guys were up against the fence. Swick was attempting to take Hardy down to the ground but was unsuccessful. There was an exchange of knees by both, and a brief exchange of punches, one of which was a right hand that landed on Hardy pretty good. At the start of the 2nd round Hardy rocks Swick, but Swick was able to recover. Again they’re up against the fence and Hardy tries to take down Swick to no avail, Hardy does land a nice upper cut. Swick attempts a high kick and slips, but hardy doesn’t take advantage. There was back and forth exchange of punches and kicks for the rest of the round. The 3rd starts with the guys slugging away. Hardy rocks Swick again but Swick recovers and attempts a guillotine, which Hardy gets out of easily. There were a few times in this fight that Hardy could have taken advantage of Swick, but for some reason did not. Although Mike was injured and tired, he managed to stay in the fight and challenge Hardy to the end. Hardy wins by unanimous decision.

Randy Couture vs. Brandon Vera

I watched this fight a few times to see what everyone was gripping about. Do people really think that Vera was robbed in some way? This was not a controversial win for Couture. Yes Brandon came out in first round kicking and swinging right away, but other than defending takes down and a few kicks and punches, Vera didn’t do much. I knew that this was not going to be much of a fight. I did think that Couture would dominate but was hoping for more some ground and pound. Couture fought smart. He knew that Brandon could do some damage if he allowed for distance to be between them, so he kept him close and against the fence. As boring as it was, Randy did what he needed to do to win, and Brandon couldn’t do anything about it. To me Vera didn’t do much to prevent Couture from getting him up against the fence, and Couture made sure he got some punches in while they were hugging. In the second round Vera had the opportunity to punish Couture when he had a brief explosion of kicks and punches, which eventually knocked Couture down, but you could tell that Vera was tired. His punches were lazy while in top mount and he pretty much just rested on Couture until they were stood up. Everyone was all excited, but Vera couldn’t deliver the finish. The 3rd starts Couture starts pushing forward to get in and clocks Vera a few times to get him up against the fence again. Randy just dominates Vera in the 3rd round. Vera was able to get in some kicks and gets Randy on the ground with a weak take down but again nothing happens. There was an exchange of blows at the end, but too little too late. Brandon just didn’t do enough of anything, if anything all, to even get a split decision. Couture won all 3 rounds convincingly. I didn’t think that this was a good matchup to begin with. Vera is a good fighter, but not a great fighter, and I don’t see him holding a belt anytime soon. Not light heavyweight anyway. We’ll have to see what he does in his next fight, to see if he has the potential to make to the level of Machida. Maybe he should fight Tito next. Then again, Tito might beat his ass, so that might not be a good idea.

Speaking of Tito, don’t forget his fight November 21st against Forrest Griffin. This is a tough call as to who will win. We haven’t seen Tito fight in forever, and Forrest in coming off an upsetting loss to Silva. I’m rooting for Forrest, but either way it will be exciting to watch.

Until next time...

K*Lovelys TEAM RAMPAGE BLOG week 8

Well who would have thought that Team Rampage’s last hope for their only win would come down to Big Baby. This is life’s way of just mocking me completely.

As usual the episode starts of recapping what happened in the last fight. There is something that still baffles me & that is why these guys are so damn tired in there. Both fighters were exhausted after 2 rounds. How would they ever survive 5 rounds if it came to that? Come on boys…work on that cardio!!! AS much as I would have like to see a 3rd round from Scott & Matt…it just wasn’t in the cards for Team Rampage. Then the focus is turned to Rampage & how he dismantled the door. As sick as it may sound I was slightly turned on (I kid…but not really!) Maybe this says a lot about me but I completely understand why he took his frustrations out on that door. Sometimes it’s hard to find a focus and learn how to channel your anger correctly, and you could clearly see it was something later on he was embarrassed by.

Now what kills me was Rashad talking his trash about that. This is coming from a guy who took off 1 of his shoes because he couldn’t take Rampage in his face talking shit. Who just takes off 1 shoe?! Come on now Rashad, take a look back at the way you’ve handled things before you talk trash about Rampage’s mini fit. Moving on….

Now I just absolutely love how Marcus is. His excitement for the sport and his willingness to just shut up & learn is great. I think that kind of attitude will carry him far & it’s certainly something a lot of people could learn from. There is no way he can change his image after everyone saw how scared he was of that bug! I will give him this, that bug was pretty nasty!

Marcus Jones vs Michael Wessel

In the beginning of the round Michael comes out and lands the first blow. Marcus is able to land some good shots, but is also throwing some wild punches. The mistake comes from Wessel when he tries to trip up Marcus. With Marcus’s size he was able to shake that off and get Wessel down & lands right on top of him. Wessel then gives Marcus his back but Marcus can’t sink in the choke. Wessel maneuvers his way back on top, but out of now where Marcus sinks in a nice armbar and fight is over. Finally a win for Team Rampage!! Sorry Rashad no sweep for your team.

Now the time has come to pick the fights for the quarterfinals. As you see Rashad has to start talking trash to Rampage. From the looks of it everyone see Darrill or John as an easy way to get themselves to the semifinals. Marcus is the only that comes in & really doesn’t care & leaves it up to his coach to pick his fight. The breakdown comes to this

Roy Nelson vs Justin Wren
Brendan Schaub vs Jon Madsen
James McSweeney vs Matt Mitrione
Marcus Jones vs Darrill Schoonover

Now Rashad really worked my nerves at the end of this episode. Actually he pissed me off!! First came the remark about Rampage and the fact that Dana let him pick the fight for Marcus. He said it is a privilege & that he hasn’t earned it. WHAT?!!!? If you ask me Marcus had one of the most exciting finishes on the whole show. He did earn it! Just because you have more fighters in the quarterfinals doesn’t make you god. That was bitch move #1. Now bitch move #2 comes when he starts to ask Team Rampage to help train his team. I have no problem with the fact that he asked. The problem came when he asked the guys and they didn’t want to have anything to do with it, all he could result too is bashing Rampage once again! He thought that the guys from Team Rampage would jump at the chance to go over to his team & that was a blow to his ego that the team stuck by their coach. Maybe if he had kept his mouth shut the other team would have been more willing to help out the other team. This is something I’ve said the entire show…if Rampage would have done that everybody would have been on the internet & twitter talking shit about Rampage. As you see Rampage and his team walk away and head to locker rooms and who has to follow behind talking trash, yes Rashad. Then he can’t handle it when Rampage gets back in his face & has something to say. Now Rampage is certainly not as quick with the comebacks, but he did have Rashad fall for the whole sucker line. That was some funny shit!

Stayed tuned people, I know we have been out for a while but we are back! Look forward to more blogs and we can’t wait to hear what you have to say!!

K*Lovely's Team Rampage Blog Episode 4

As normal they start of with the show recapping what happened in the previous fight. We are forced to listen to each of the fighters discuss how they have gained respect for Kimbo after the fight he had with Roy. Something I don’t understand is why Roy felt the need to an asshole like that after the fight. I can’t stand how he (Roy) walks around like he had the biggest victory of his career. I wish Rampage knocked his ass out. That was completely unnecessary for him to say something like that to the coaches after a sorry ass win.

Next thing we see is Marcus walking out covered in sweat. Of course this looks like a big opportunity for Kimbo to come back and get another chance at a fight. The one question I have is….why aren’t the other guys on the team that lost, as eager to get in and fight again like Kimbo?

Now we are forced to listen to Rashad talk about his game plan for the rest of the match ups. Rashad starts going over each fighter and talks about their strengths and why he’s choosing the fights he choosing. One of the match ups he comes up with is Justin Wren vs Scott Junk. When talking with Justin in the beginning he says that he is ok with that match up and that it makes sense. Then a little later he comes back and tell the coaches he not happy with that match up because Scott and him are best friends. WHAT??? Get the fuck outta here….are you series??? If this was a problem then why did you try out for the same show? You are trying to be in the UFC & you know only 1 can win so get over buddy! Oh it’s kinda heartbreaking because we are crushing each others dreams….blah blah blah. I’m a female and I don’t even say shit like that. If my best friend and I tried out for the same show, made it, & then told we had to fight we would handle our business. Yes it would suck and it would be hard for the both of us, but guess what we came there with a purpose and nothing gets in the way of our money. Now lets move on to this Matt business. He gives up the game plan because he’s scared to fight Big Baby. I think the team let him of easy by only calling him a meathead.

Rashad announces what the next fight is going to be and he sticks to the match ups he made and it will be Brandon Schaub vs Demico Rogers. I actually excited about this match-up. Now with this match up I would have loved to see the weigh ins, but no such luck L. Now before the fight begins they always show each fighter preparing for the fight. The funniest thing I witnessed was 1 of the coaches walking next to Brandon and just pumping up his ego. I mean really boys!! You’re the best in world…you know that right?…no one has a better jab….you know that right?…i think you look cute in those board shorts….you know that right?

Demico Rogers vs Brandon Scaub

At the beginning of the fight Rogers shoots in for takedowns. He missed one but was able to get Schaub on the 2nd attempt. Rogers started out in full mount and Brandon is trying to get close to the cage. Rogers can’t seem to land anything from that position and you can hear Rampage telling Rogers to score points while in the guard. Then Rogers moves over to side mount and Schaub wiggles out of it. Schaud tries to stand up and get in a few punches but then Demico pretty much hands over his neck and Schaub is able to sink in the anaconda choke for the win.

My team is now 0-4 but I refuse to give up hope. I agree with Rampage that they need to start making better decisions when it comes to the coaching, but the guys need to execute. I’m confident that Team Rampage will come out with a win soon, and it won’t be because one of his fighters just laid his fat ass on the other opponent the whole time.

K*Lovely’s Team Rampage Blog Week # 3

Well this is the episode that everyone was waiting for….Kimbo’s big fight! The episode starts off with Kimbo getting all philosophical about his life and his fighting career. The other fighters in the house are really excited about this fight as well. They showed them a couple of times sitting around discussing what a big fight this is going to be. They speak a little about Roy and how completely independent he is. His coaches feel that he is opening up and beginning to trust them.

Now once again there was a little argument between the coaches that Rashad had to start for no reason! At least according to the way it was played on the show. Keith Jardine comes in, looking cute by the way, to help coach with Team Rashad. As soon as they greet each other, Rashad starts mouthing off about how Rampages jaw is going to start hurting when he sees “KJ”. Totally uncalled for! Now I don’t know if you noticed but when Rampage & Jardine are saying their hello’s, you can see Rashad hiding out in the hallway, listening to their conversation. I think he was just salty that they were civil to each other & no shit talk ensued so he had to say some shit to Rampage. Then McSweeney had to get involved like he’s somebody. Rampage is a coach and you are there to learn. It doesn’t matter if you are on his team or not, you should show him respect. Poor coaching skills on Rashads part if he allows his team to talk to people like that. Again, if Rampage had started that entire drama people would throw a fit!

After that they move on to Kimbo’s training. Rampage wasn’t happy with some it. He wanted Kimbo to train with heavier guys on the team so he could get the practice of having to escape a mount with such a heavy opponent. During the training they show Marcus throw a little tantrum because he wants to fight next but Rampage thinks he should wait because his knee is bothering him. During Marcus’s interview he just explains basically that he is a big dork that loves to garden. After that we get to witness the love affair between Kimbo and Marcus. It’s almost cute.
For some reason they felt the need to show them weigh in for the fight. Normally I would be excited as hell to see a weigh in, but come on! I thought that was a bit much, but that is my opinion.

Roy Nelson vs Kimbo Slice
In the 1st round the guys circle around each other for a bit, but Roy is able to land some shots to the face. Kimbo started throwing some punches and was able to push Nelson back to the cage. It looked like Nelson was going to try and take Kimbo down but then he just held him against the cage. You can really see the inexperience in Kimbo because he doesn’t have a clue what to do from there. Nelson is able to get Kimbo down on the ground and passes to full mount. A little bit of scrambling and the Nelson moves to side control and traps Kimbo’s arm. Nelson then starts punching at his head. Now these aren’t the kind of punches that he should be delivering, these are like little love punches. Dana described it best when he said those were the kind of punches you get when you let your daughter hold you down and punch you.

In the start of the 2nd round both of the guys look tired. Kimbo lands a nice shot to the face and Nelson starts swinging. Nelson is able to catch Kimbo up and take him down. Roy basically gets back in the same position he was in at the end of the last round. He traps up Kimbo’s arm & the fight is stopped because Kimbo can’t defend himself from the pussy punches Roy is landing. I love what Rampage said at the end of the fight, and it was completely true. How do you get the moon off of you? Once again Team Rashad gets a pathetic win, but it is a win. My team is now down 0-3 but I will never give up hope. Let’s go boys…get it together.

Team Rashad Win #3

What can I say this week that I haven’t already mentioned? Keith looked great. Rashad is amazing. I can’t stand Rampage, and Kimbo just needs to go away. Kimbo can do anything else, just stay out of the UFC. I know, I know, he’s fighting Dec in UFC 107, but that’s months away, and anything could happen by then. Nice guy or not, I’m not on the Kimbo bandwagon, and don’t plan on hitching a ride…ever. Don’t have anything to prove my ass. What are you doing on TV then? You can learn MMA outside of the lime light.

Disappointment of the week was Marcus. I don’t mind guys being in tune with their feelings, but WTF. I thought he was going to cry when he was talking about his plants. He pretty much threw a tantrum in gym like a 2 year old. I think I saw a pout from him. If he crossed his arms and put his thumb in his mouth, I would have slapped a diaper on him and gave him a bottle. First he walks around acting like his knees hurt, limping and all, and then the moment Rampage mentions that someone else was fighting next, he gets offended and throws a fit. That was definitely a foot-n-the-ass that I would have loved to have seen. You knew you didn’t want to fight, so you made it seem as if Rampage didn’t have faith in you to win. Whatever man. Just go home to your plants.

Kimbo Slice vs Roy Nelson
I think we all knew who was going to win in this week’s episode, and my prediction was right. As much as I am happy that Roy won, because he is on Team Rashad, I’m more so disappointed in his performance. A win is a win, but that was a copout. I hope his next opponent beats the crap out of him, and makes him work for his money. Why would you want to pull a Lesnar and sit your fat ass on someone, so they can’t move and swat them on the head multiple times until time runs out? Really? Is that supposed to impress us or Dana? Shit like that puts you on the “May not be broadcasted” portion of the fight card. I don’t want to pay to see that. This was your chance to showcase your skills and you just pretty much teabagged someone. No way you’re # 1 on this show. Sucks for Kimbo to lose that way, but what can you do when you’re in a crucifix and you’re not really an MMA fighter. He’ll have his chance to again soon. Hope he loses though. People at work think otherwise, and I’d love to prove them wrong.

As much as I cannot stand Rampage, I did chuckle at the fat jokes. So mean, but funny at the same time. You do see, however, that anytime Rashad brings up a point about Rampage, Rampage has to divert the negative attention back to Rashad. Rampage just wants to been seen as this fun loving, jokester fighter who’s had a flawless career, and any blemishes were a direct result of someone else’s actions. Whatever… we see right through your lame jokes.

So far I’m not impressed with anyone in particular. It’s still early in season and many more fights to go. Don’t forget there’s a WEC next Saturday. Cerrone vs Henderson. Ladies if you haven’t checked out Donald Cerrone, you need to. The Cowboy is definitely delicious eye candy. Guys, you know that this will be a great fight.

Have a nice weekend.

K-lovely's Team Rampage Week 2 Blog

This week the show starts out with Team Rampage naturally. Kimbo starts explaining how he is sizing up the competition on the show and the lack of experience he has in fields of MMA. At least he can admit that he has a lot of learning to do. I’m happy to see that the first asshead coming to light is on Team Rashad with Roy. Get over yourself buddy! I liked how the coaches gave it to him straight and told him they feel he is un-coachable and can’t handle criticism. The one thing I can’t stand seeing is coaches babying these guys. It was funny listening to Roy talk about 2 masters and such. Wake up Roy…you’re not a master dip shit! If you were a master your ass would either have a contract already or you would be coaching, not competing on the show. So as Jake the Muss would say “DO WHAT YOUR FUCKEN TOLD!!”

Time to pick the next fight and Rampage goes with Wes Shivers against James Sweeney. Of course Rashad gets his panties in a bunch because Rampage goes after his first pick. I mean he is going to fight any way why cry about what order it’s in. You go Rampage!

Now I would like to make a quick little mention about the little confrontation the coaches had about training time. I feel Rampage was justified at being upset about them in on their time. Rampage did approach him in a civil matter. As he said he is not the cocky one (he is the fine one) and Rashad could have been a man about it and apologized and moved on. To say that Rampage’s guys aren’t going to do anything isn’t his call to make anyway. Especially when his guys were just sitting around rubbing each other’s backs talking about feelings. Give me a break! I can tell you in two words how it feels to lose IT SUCKS! There you go, get your shit and get out of the gym. No need for a team pow wow. If the roles were reversed everyone would be crying & bitching that Rampage is such an asshole and blah blah. HATERS!

Wes Shivers vs James McSweeney
The first round (and only round with real action) both guys come out swinging. Shivers gets McSweeney down but really doesn’t seem to know what to do on the ground but hold him down with his weight. They stand up & McSweeney starts landing some hard leg kicks. Shivers is able to land some hard punches on McSweeney but you can see that Shivers is getting tired. McSweeney tries to land some big punches but the round ends with him getting in leg kicks and slowly chopping the big man down.

They start the 2nd round and both guys look tired. McSweeney continues to land those leg kicks and Shivers is swinging but isn’t landing anything damaging. Shivers catches a leg and takes McSweeney down. Shivers gets him in the mount but can’t finish him. They both get back on their feet and just look at each other. They are exhausted and you can hear Rashad in the background going CRAZY! McSweeney lands a nice kick to the face but it doesn’t do a thing. At the end of the round McSweeney attempts a choke but can’t hold it.

Its announced that a decision has been made so there will not be a 3rd round. By majority decision the winner is James McSweeney. I hate to say it but, this is the most pathetic fight I have ever seen!! Honestly I could expect this out of former NFL player but for Rashad’s #1 pick to be this horrid as well shocked the hell out of me! Especially since he said he has “stand up second to none & would walk all over Wes Shivers.” I think Dana should have walked right in the middle of the fight and told them both to fuck off! He doesn’t need heavyweights coming in that are just going to stand around and play patty cake. Honestly I don’t know how anyone could be happy with this win. Yes in the end Team Rampage lost another one and we are 0-2. I believe Rampage can do it and rally his team together for a victory. Yes, even if that means our first victory comes from Kimbo. My love for Rampage is the only reason why I would root for Kimbo to come out victorious.

T-Dubb's Team Rashad Win # 2

Second episode of TUF 10 was ok. Kimbo says he's a sponge. He looks like a big hairy joke. I can't stand it when people think they know everything and always have answer before you finish your sentence. Just shut up and listen. If you were doing things right to begin with you'd be a coach on the show and not someone trying to resuscitate his career through a tv show. Yes Roy, I'm talking about you. The next fight between Kimbo and Roy should be good though. I’d have to say that Roy will win just because he’s on Rashad’s team. I can’t go against Rashad. This will probably go to decision if Roy wins. Kimbo will only win if he knocks out Roy.

James is hot. Love the accent. There isn’t much else to say, except thank goodness he was able to get in those leg kicks. Rampage was complaining just to be complaining about the training time. He loves attention. Me me me me me!!! Wes…ummm why are you out of shape? Weights are not enough for fighting. Dana should have a to do list for the guys to complete before taping starts, like run...run...run some more and lots of conditioning drills. There should a test for these guys when they arrive. If you don't pass out after 10 mins of straight cardio you may enter. I don't want to see guys tire after the first minute of the fight, especially ex-football players. They should have done a boot camp or something beforehand.

On another note, I am so happy that Rampage is quitting. I'm sure that this temporary so all you whiner fans need to "build a bridge and get over it, as Hannah Montana would say. Rampage needs to learn that he can't blame everything on Dana or anyone else and act like he did nothing wrong. The real world doesn't work like that. Stop acting like the victim. You make it seem as if Dana is the Shug Knight of the UFC and he held you over a hotel balcony like you were Vanilla Ice and made you do this or that. Anyways, could you at least send K-lovely an email or tweet telling her when you'll be back in the UFC. I'm tired of hearing her say that she's in mourning. She’s already cried me 2 big ass rivers.

Well another win for Team Rashad. Rashad was looking good as ever. Can't wait for next week, but until then send me a tweet so we can chat it up.

Team Rashad Week 1

The premiere of TUF 10s first episode has strengthened my love for Rashad and heightened my distaste for Rampage. From the beginning of the episode to the previews of the upcoming episodes, I was hoping that Rashad would knock out Rampage. Rashad seemed calm about the situation. He was able to handle whatever Rampage was dishing.

Rampage on the other hand can’t handle someone calling him out on his own shit. Rampage’s the guy who will make fun of people to divert attention away from his own flaws. Like mentioning and joking about Rashad’s loss (first loss) to Machida, as if he himself has not lost a fight. He probably couldn’t wait to bring it up, which he did multiple times. I cannot wait for Rashad to put him in his place and that’s on the ground knocked out.

Team pickins’
1st, size does not matter Rampage (in this case at least). You can’t underestimate the smaller guys, especially when they have more skill and tend to be faster. At least mix it up and balance out the team, but hey, I’m not complaining, because the picks gave Rashad a great team and increased his chances of winning. 2nd, Kimbo, really? Why Rampage was so excited to have him on his team I’ll never understand. Have him. Maybe you guys can cuddle together at night. Maybe he can join you on the A-team and act as your stunt double. Kimbo’s the least of my concerns. I’ll have to see how he is locked in a house with a bunch of immature guys.

Can’t really say too much about the other guys right now, except I have a feeling that Wes Sims will get on my nerves, and that Marcus Jones needs to work on his cardio.

Elimination Fight #1 Abe Wagner v Jon Madsen
The assistant coaches for Rampage must be afraid of Rampage, because the 1st fight was not a matchup in favor of his team. They should have spoke up and told him “no.”

I thought Abe was cute until he puked. He reminds me of someone, but I’ll have to think of who later. Poor thing didn’t have any ground game, and just laid there taking a beating from Jon. He should have did what Tim Sylvia did when he fought Jeff Monson, and utilized his long legs to keep Jon closer to his waist, so he would have less blows to the face. That was a nasty gash, but at least he has war wound to show off at his day job.

Next episode should be great. I hate having to wait a whole week, but at least there’s UFC 103 to watch. Don’t forget to watch the prelims free on Spike TV. Hopefully, they keep showing these, because I never get to see the hotties at the bottom of the fight cards. I should send Dana my preferred fight card list. Who must be shown and who never needs to be show. Matt Serra would always be on the latter.

Time to hit Diego's streets. So send me a tweet @ http://twitter.com/TDubb_woMMAn.

Let The Battle Begin!!

Finally, a new season of The Ultimate Fighter is starting tomorrow. We are so excited to see the new crop of guys (except Kimbo…boooo!!!), who will be parading around shirtless and working up a sweat. Stretching and pulling, grunting and moaning. Oh yeah baby!! Of course we watch the show for the fights, but come on, we are woMMAn. Men are our specialty (and obsession). We hope that Dana will not let us down. We want to see highly competitive men, and less wimps and puss boys who want to go home to their mama (such a turnoff).

The anticipation of season 10 is extremely high here, and has already caused a rift within woMMAn. Why you ask? Three words for ya, Rashad and Rampage. Normally, we root for the same coach. This season, however, has created a clear division of worship between T-Dubb and K-Lovely. For the first time we will not only be blogging our thoughts about the episodes, but we will be in opposite corners. Team Rashad will have T-Dubb in their corner, and Team Rampage will have K-Lovely in their corner. We can’t wait to see who will ‘reign supreme’ in the end. Things may get heated up here in Diego, so be on the lookout for new blogs weekly.

Let the shit talking begin.

K-Lovey's Blog: Strikeforce Carano vs. Cyborg

Once again another fight night came upon us. The Strikeforce event happened on Saturday and it was a good one. My only bone to pick is with the announcer Gus Johnson. He sucks ass!! He bores me beyond believe & his facial expressions are ridicules. He forgot the most important rule and that is practice in the mirror! Moving on…..

MIKE KYLE vs. FABRICIO WERDUM—When I saw this one listed I really didn’t know what to think. I think Kyle is a good fighter but for some reason he’s just glanced over. They opened up the fight with kicks and punches. Then Werdum got a hold of Kyle’s leg and got him down. Werdum started punching the hell out of Kyle’s face while he was down and Kyle almost got him with an armbar. After that Werdum thought this was a nice taste of what’s to come.

GILBERT MILENDEZ vs. MITSUHIRO ISHIDA—Awwww Gilbert!!! You are just too cute for words. I love watching him fight!! I saw him fight in 2004 and liked him instantly. He has one of the hottest stances in the cage, and you can see in his face that he is ready to whoop your ass. Is it wrong to think he looks his best when he is swinging at someone’s face? With that being said of course I picked him to win. I don’t know if anyone caught this but Ishida is nasty. While was preparing to enter the cage Ishida took his shirt of and then wipe his armpits with it and handed it off. I don’t think I have ever seen anyone do that before. Who wants your nasty shirt with your pit juice on it?? In the 1st round they were trying to feel each other out and Ishida did land a few kicks, but Milendez started picking him apart and landed a sweet left hook (hooottt). 2nd round Milendez defiantly stuck to striking. Ishida tried for some takedowns but Milendez was having none of it. He was wearing Ishida out the whole round. In the 3rd round Ishida grew some nuts and started striking with Milendez. Dumb move! Milendez taxed him for that and then tried to sink in some chokes. After that Milendez ended the fight by punching the hell out of his face.

GERGARD MOUSASI vs BABALU SOBRAL---Mousasi had me cracking up in the beginning of the round. He was standing around like a big dork and had this goofy look on his face when Big John was going over his spill. I picked Babalu simply because he’s pretty J. I know, I know and get over it……I don’t always have to base my picks on skill. The round started off with kicks from both fighters. When the clinch happened it was pretty much over after the takedown. All you saw was Mousasi dropping bombs and pretty Babalu went stiff as wood. He may look like a dweeb but he means business baby! I can’t wait to see Mousasi’s next opponent. Sorry Babalu.

GINA CARANO vs CHRIS SANTOS---I was really excited about this fight. I really like both girls, but I’m proud to say I picked this one perfectly! I knew Cyborg was going to whoop that ass!! Like I said, I like Carano and I have a lot of respect for her and her accomplishments. Someone had to lose right? The match was so exciting from start to finish. Cyborg moved in and started landed punches and then took her down. Carano did a great job of getting out of a heel hook and got back to her feet. Cyborg was on her quickly and then went for the takedown but Carano landed on top. She tried to get in some ground and pound but she gave up the position. After that it was more of the same. Cyborg was just so dominate, but there was no quit in Carano. Cyborg had her down and just kept pounding, until the very last second possible, the ref stops the fight. These girls are gangsters and I would love to have either one on my side any day. You go girls!!!

As you know August is a month full of fights, and another fight is headed our way. Look out for a blog about UFC 102.

K-Lovely's Blog: UFC 101

Hello once again!! Another fight has come and gone and it’s that time again to lay out what I thought about the fights.

Josh Neer vs. Kurt Pellagrino-----I was happy to see Neer and it seemed to me that I was not the only one. The first round was pretty good. Pellagrino kept Neer on his back and was able to escape 2 armbar attempts. The guy in Pelagrino’s corner was quite entertaining!! I wish they would have shown his face because he was going off. The 2nd round started off with some good exchange between the 2 and the ground work was just as good. Pellagrino was having a hard time for while trying to pass Neer’s guard, but he landed some nice face shots. At this point you knew that Neer either had to knock him out or submit him to get a victory. In the last round Pellagrino got Neer down again and unfortunately Neer could not get in any submissions. The little spat they had toward the end of the round was a little silly. Neer was obviously talking trash and Pellagrino gave him a little bitch slap. Better luck next time Neer.

Kendall Grove vs Ricardo Alemeida------Now as much as I LOVE Kendall, I did pick Alemeida to win this one. Sorry Kendall, but hey, you’re still super delicious and yes you were looking mighty fine!!! Tito looked so cute cheering for his boy Kendall. In the 1st round Almeida had a hard time getting Kendall down, but he did land some shots. When he did get him down Kendall did a good job of getting back up but then Almeida got a nice slam in. In the 2nd round Almeida got a quick takedown. Through all the shuffle Kendall had an armbar in that I hoped was going to end the fight but Almeida escaped. After that Almeida kept Kendall down and did a lot of ground and pound. The 3rd round was pretty much the same and Almeida got the win. I am sad that Kendall lost but I never get tired of watching him fight.

Amir Sadollah vs Johnny Hendricks----I know that I watched Amir for a whole season of Ultimate Fighter, but I still felt that I did not know either fighter well enough to make an easy pick. In this rare circumstance I had to go with my woMMAn instincts to determine a winner. Basically I chose the hottest 1 of the 2 and, of course that was Amir. Amir came out looking good with his kicks in the beginning of the round and I was starting to feel a little bit better about my choice. Then next thing I know Hendricks rocks Amir & he goes down. As Amir is trying to get to his feet Hendricks is just landing shots and then the ref stops the fight. BOOOOO ON YOOUU REF!!!! I agree with most of the people there and think the fight was stopped prematurely.

Shane Nelson vs Aaron Riley----This is another match where my pick went against the fighter I liked. Shane Nelson is so damn cute but Riley had revenge on the brain so I picked him for this one. Then I saw Joe Stevenson in his corner and that made it a wrap. Hey Joe…love you, you’re the man!!! In the 1st round Riley was not messing around. He kept the pressure up and landed good shots and kicks. He was determined to make it past that first round dammit!! I think the 2nd & 3rd round was all the same stuff. Riley had control of the fight and Nelson just barely survived each round. The crowd was more into a fight in the audience then the one in the octagon in the 3rd round. Poor Shane, you could see in his face how tired & disappointed he was. Riley avenged his loss and I am sure that makes him happy.

Forrest Griffin vs Anderson Silva----Maybe I should have listened, but I had picked Forrest to win this one. I was thrown a little bit too see Junior Seau in his corner!!! How’d that happen??? Now don’t get me wrong, I like Silva! I mean this guy is gangster, how can you not. I just did not think it was that impossible for Forrest to win but it took a little over 3 minutes to prove me wrong. I couldn’t wait for the match to begin, but I was glad when it was over. I couldn’t handle any more punishment to Forrest! What amazed me was Silva had his hands down and then threw a jab at it was over. I saw Forrest land some shots but they didn’t do a damn thing. I didn’t know what to think when he high tailed it out of there, but he was humiliated in front of a lot of people. Keep your head up Forrest!!! Take in all the lessons learned from this fight and use it to motivate and improve your skills.

Kenny Florian vs BJ Penn--- As I said before I am not a Florian fan so there was no question that BJ was going to win. Kill the master…..come on Kenny….really??? Yes, I know he has not lost in a while, and yes I know he finishes fights blah blah blah. There is just something that keeps me from being impressed by this guy & then hearing his voice over & over saying he wanted BJ’s belt killed any hope. In the 1st round Kenny got a taste of some BJ punch and he didn’t take to well. BJ kept up the pressure, and Kenny tried to get a takedown. To his credit Kenny did get in some good leg kicks and landed some shots. Kenny got tagged by BJ and got a little wobbly there in the last 12 seconds, but he held on. The 2nd and 3rd round was more of the same. Kenny continued to go for takedowns to wear out BJ, and BJ landed some nice upper cuts. There was a bit more action to start the 4th round. Kenny threw some knees, and of course BJ was swinging. BJ took Kenny down and started landing shots and then BJ slithered in the choke. Good try Kenny, you do have heart and I’m sure you’ll get a chance to shine.

Look out for our blog about the Strikeforce event. I can’t handle the fact that Nick is not fighting, and the only thing they could come up with was Jesse Taylor!!! He is a joke to me, but at least I have Babalu to drool over!!!

T-Dub's Blog: Total Combat 34

Last night’s Total Combat was a complete waste of time and money. It seemed unorganized the whole night and very low budget for high ticket prices. Nothing against the fighters, but majority of them were from Brandon Vera’s camp Alliance. Majority of the people in audience were supporters of Alliance. I don’t know much about the company that puts on Total Combat. Ok I don’t know anything about this company, but it felt more like a Brandon Vera production than anything else. My question of the night was where are the fighters from other camps? I’ll have to look into this further, because I know that there are tons of camps in So Cal. Where do they go to showcase their skills?

The fights were good. They have that rawness going for them that makes it interesting to watch. I’d have to say that the fight of the night was the chick fight between Michelle Vera and Leah Melynchuk. Leah looked like a little scrapper, but Michelle Vera was ready and was able to control the fight. Anytime Leah would get close and land some strikes, Michelle pulled her in even closer and to do a series of knees and punches. Leah tried many take downs, but was only successful once in the last round, which did not work in her favor. Michelle wounded up on top and landed a ton of elbows to the face Lesnar style. The last minute of the 3rd round though Leah almost caught Michelle in a couple of submission moves, but once again Michelle was able to turn the tables and get out of every single one of them. Leah was great, but Michelle did her fans and bro proud. Michelle was not about to let Leah win. Anytime Leah did something good, Michelle would do something better.

I enjoyed the fight between Steve Gable and Preston Scharf, both non-Alliance members. It was a high energy match up either one of them could have won. Mark Striegl did an amazing rear-naked-choke on Andy Jewitt that left Andy passed out for few seconds. Overall, I think a few of the guys would be good match ups for the prelims at a WEC, maybe a UFC. Some you can tell are beginners and have a lot of work ahead of them.

On another note. What were those dancers doing last night? They were the worst dancers ever. The whole audience was making fun of them. I know that it is hard to get up in front of people and shake your ass, but you can’t tell me that out of all of the skinny girls in San Diego, you can’t find 4 that can dance without making themselves look ridiculous. I was more entertained at Hustler watching ta tas, then I was watching those girls, and I don’t even swing that way. If you can’t find decent dancers, then don’t have any at all. The music alone would have been just fine.

Well that’s my 2 cents for the day. On MMA at least.

Check out K-lovely’s blog, which will be posting soon.

Peace, Love, and ta tas bitches.

K-lovely's Blog: UFC 100 Weekend

Hello peeps!!! I just wanted to drop a few lines about my UFC 100 experience. My best friend and I were at a non-stop pace the moment we landed in Vegas. The expo was just amazing! I have to hand it to the guys, it can’t be easy to keep a happy face & look interested in every conversation for 2 days straight. Who knows the shit they heard from people. We did wait in a few lines, but we got lucky just walking around and catching the fighters out and about. Friday was definitely the jack pot for me. I got so much accomplished. On this day I had the chance to meet the DIAZ brothers, followed Rampage like a stalker from one end of the expo to the other to get the perfect shot, and I enjoyed the greatness of the weigh ins. Thanks to the fight club membership we had a much shorter line to wait in and we were allowed in an hour earlier for a Q & A with Kenny Florian. Unfortunately, they forgot to give us the memo that said we had to be on his nuts. Don’t get me wrong, Kenny is a good fighter. I just happen to like B.J., or other fighters for that matter, a lot better. I was just a little thrown back when I saw how many people were going gaga over him. The weigh ins were as wonderful as I expected them to be! Men undressing and then giving their tough man pose in their undies……never a bad thing. After the weigh ins we ran into Frank Lester. He was such a sweetie! He was so friendly and seemed like he was happy to be there and really enjoying the experience. I think all the guys were more excited to see him than we were. I think I was pushed out of the way at least twice. Thanks Frank for showing that SD has real fighters! I’m sure you can sleep now knowing that the meatheads of America love you!

Saturday was a short day at the expo but we did meet a lot of great fighters. We met some of the guys from WEC. A couple that stood out were Jens Pulver and Joseph Benavidez. Jens was just silly and he was patient during a camera malfunction. Thanks Jens! Joseph was just so sweet to us. We talked about the fight that just happens to fall on my best friend’s birthday. He promised to give her a b-day gift, so we’ll see. It just sucks that he is fighting Dominick Cruz. I have been a fan of Cruz for awhile now, so this will be a hard one for me. Other fighters that stood out to me were Gabriel Gonzaga & Joe Lauzon. Gonzaga seemed to be really into it and would even take some crazy photos. He got down for a cute pose with me! Joe was so sweet and a really good sport. I asked him to sign something funny on my picture, and we came up with SEXY BEAST! You’re the man Joe, thanks for playing along!!!

On to the fights!! I definitely felt like I received my money’s worth. I would like to give a little love to the prelim matches that have not caught as much attention. The first 2 matches ended in the first round by some really good chokes. I found it quite amusing watching Tom Lawlor chock C.B’s ass out. As you can tell, I am not a C.B. fan at all. Shannon Gugerty choked Price so hard his arm went limp. That was crazy! Now the match that I felt was the fight of the night was the Danzig vs Miller. I thought this was a great brawl and it was bloody which made it even better in my eyes. In the first round Miller came out strong. First with punches, then he got Danzig down and was all over him. Not only with submission attempts, but he dropped some nasty elbows and cut Danzig bad. I was worried about that cut in the 2nd round. Danzig did try and slip on a kimura, but no luck. Miller got some real good shots to Danzig’s face and he was bleeding like crazy. Toward the end of the round Danzig had a tight ass guillotine in but Miller was saved by the bell. The guys were pumped up at the beginning of the 3rd round and the crowd was so into it! It was more of the same in the third. Miller landed really good shots, and unfortunately all of Danzig submission attempts were denied. Miller wins the fight but they both worked their asses off!! I love Danzig and was hoping he would get the win but I was not disappointed at all.

I think they all did a good job of warming us up for what was yet to come. I am still crushed by the Bisping knock out. Yes, I was 1 of the 6 people rooting for Bisping. As a fighter, I am not taking anything away from Henderson. I think he is a good fighter and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. I just happen to LOVE Bisping. I never had a doubt in my mind that St Pierre would win. I still love you Thiago!!! Any other time I would be in his corner, but not only is St Pierre the shit in the ring, he looks mighty fine in those shorts of his. I think I speak for a lot of girls when I say THANK YOU!!!! As far as the Mir fight goes, I still love you Mir. Lesner is just a waste of space to me, and I will take such pleasure in watching Feder lay his ass out! Then he can go back home and pound Sable all he wants!

Total Combat is coming up on July 25 and I will have some things to say about those fights. I cannot wait to see War Machine!! I know, I know & I don’t care!! I am such a huge fan of his and it is worth going just to see him. I’m out!

Remember…no regrets!!!

T-Dub’s Blog: UFC 100 Weekend

This was the most exciting weekend I have had in forever. The expo was amazing. So many fighters were walking around taking pictures and signing autographs. Most of the fighters were gracious and extremely nice, particularly Junie Browning.

To start the weekend off, we went straight to the weigh-ins. Thank goodness I have UFC Fight Club membership because we were able to walk right in, and participate in a Q&A with Kenny Florian, which started at 2pm. General admission people had to wait in line until 4pm to get in for the weigh-ins, and some people were waiting for 4 hours. So word to the wise, get a fight club membership if you want to enjoy the weigh-ins and not have to wait in line.

We were able to get many autographs and pics outside of the expo as well as inside. Frank Lester, so cute in his new teeth, was the sweetest thing ever. Junie Browning felt so good and was so nice. He even remembered me the next day when I stopped by his booth. Andre Arlovski looked much bigger in person then he does on tv, unlike most fighters who look way shorter. You may not think he’s approachable, but he stood there taking photos outside of expo for a while. Wanderlei was nice enough to shake everyone’s hands, who were waiting in line for Junie and Diego, as he went to his next event. We were excited to see Joe Lauzon and Shogun. Gabriel Gonzaga was probably the happiest fighter there. Guys were having him put them in headlocks, while their friends snapped pictures of it. Gabriel seemed just as excited to pose with the fans. He was so adorable.

WEC fighters were ok. They didn’t seem to be as appreciative as the UFC fighters. They were nice, but it didn’t seem as though there were really into being there, except for Joseph Benavidez. He was really nice and attentive to us and very sweet. I look forward to seeing his fight on August 9th, my b-day. He said that he would give me a present. I can only wish. The other guys spoke amongst themselves and only paid attention enough to get your name. Donald Cerrone is hot though. Faber wasn’t there at that particular signing. We did see him after the fights though. I was disappointed that he wouldn’t take a picture with us, only blonds. That really irritated me, so much so that I’m no longer a fan of his. He’s a good fighter, but he’s no Royce Gracie, who showed his appreciation for the fans as he passed by. I’m not a fan of big headed guys. Shrink your head to be within proportion to your height and maybe I’ll say something nice about you.

The guys at the expo were like little girls at a Joe Bro concert. They stayed out of my way though. Probably because they could sense that I would knock ‘em out if they kept me away from my men. Glad to say that there were no incidences.

The fights were amazing. This was my first time at a UFC. I have to admit that I missed Joe Rogan’s commentary. Other than the crowd roaring, you don’t hear anything. We had great seats though, so we were able to see the fights perfectly. The prelims were good. I’m disappointed that CB lost in the first 55 seconds of the fight. Tom Lawlor though takes the cake on the best entrance. We saw Lawlor at Eyecandy in Mandalay Bay the next night, wearing hot pink pants. He seemed offended when I told him that I was going for CB because I liked his lips. What can I say, CB has great lips. Lawlor did look good on those pants though, and way better clean shaven. He seems like a character. His friends need to chill out though. One of them was rude to a nearby group of people. I don’t know why friends of fighters feel the need to talk smack to others. You’re not the fighter. Build a bridge and get over yourself.

Mark Coleman looked like an old man getting ready to take a nap, when he strolled up to the octagon. Guess he’s not too old, since he beat Bonner, although Bonner didn’t look like he belonged there either.

I don’t care what anyone says, but I am really disappointed that Bisping lost. He was more than capable of winning that fight, but as soon as the fight started, I knew that something was not right. You could tell that he let his nerves get the best of him. Don’t worry, he will avenge this fight in a couple of years, and whoop Dan’s ass. Nothing against Dan, but Bisping is hot and I love his accent. People were so excited that Bisping lost, and are saying that he’s not a good fighter. This was his second loss in 18 fights. You can’t tell me that he's not a good fighter. Everyone talks smack. Don’t hate because he does it with an accent.

GSP is my honey. He's # 1 in my eyes. Poor Thiago looked like a little boy trying to show that he was just as tough and holding on for as long as possible. We sat beind some friends of Thiago, who were really cool. The guy was trying to get some support for Thiago. If he was fighting anyone else, we would have rooted for him, but it was GSP. Can't beat that. I saw GSP in the hotel lobby monday morning. I was kicking myself because my dumb ass didn't think to bring a camera with me when I left the room.

All I have to say about Lesnar is that he sucks and should not be in the UFC. All he did was lay his fat ass on Mir so that he couldn’t get up, and punch him in the face. Where is the skill in that? He probably practiced that for a whole month and nothing else.

There’s so much more to say about UFC 100, but I’ve said enough. You just had to be there. Maybe next time.

Live life, Have Fun, No Regrets

K-lovely’s Blog: Ultimate Fighter Finale Recap

Welcome everybody! Here is my first blog and I get to start with The Ultimate Fighter Finale. Not only was I excited about the guys from the show that made it on, but the fight card itself was good. I thought it was a good show but I picked out a few fights that I want to talk about.

NATE DIAZ vs JOE STEVENSON
I was really excited about this one. I have a lot of respect for both of these fighters and enjoy watching their fights. Any one that knows me knows that I LOVE those Diaz brothers. Yes Nick, I saw you in his corner looking fine! I can honestly say that I did not pick a winner for this one. I loved the choke exchange the boys shared in the first round. I thought Nate was done when Joe had that guillotine in, but Nate is a rider. The 2nd round there was more rolling around (not a complaint!) and submission attempts. By far the worst thing in this round was Joe Rogan talking about his love affair with twitter. In the beginning of the 3rd round, if you’re listening, you can hear each of the boys give one of their tough man grunts. I personally enjoy those so, for the woMMAn that missed that & love it like me, that is my gift to you. Also the shit talking Nick was doing made the 3rd round pretty interesting. The good sportsmanship that the boys showed at the end was a nice treat. Since I am no expert, I wasn’t sure who was going to get the win. As much as I love Nate, I was not too disappointed that Joe took the win. I do hope the next time we see Joe his ear has gone down a bit. Is that normal??

ANDRE WINNER vs ROSS PEARSON
I was happy that these two were going to face off. Andre is just too precious, but Ross was my pick to win the show. A hottie with an accent will always catch my attention quick. They were both so cute in the beginning of the round. It can’t be easy to fight someone your close to for something that is so important to the both of you. Now what I want to speak about is that low blow in the round. Of course I wasn’t there and I wasn’t in the ring, but that looked like it missed the money shot! When they showed the replays it looked to me as though Ross was kicked in the thigh. Was that a little cheating…we’ll never know. I didn’t get the boo’s for Michael Bisping before the 2nd round started. Did I miss something? I thought he did well as a coach. Oh well I love him and that’s what counts. In the 2nd round the boys gave each other some knees and Ross still getting denied a takedown. Andre did have a cute little flurry of punches in the last 5 seconds of the round though. The 3rd round the boys came out ready, but it looked to me that Andre was winding down a bit. They both had little burst of energy throughout the round. I was glad to see Ross win. Although he still continued on about twitter, Joe Rogan does get a high five for all the replays he requested to check that low blow.

DAMARQUES JOHNSON vs JAMES WILKS
For some reason, neither one of this guys really impressed me that much. Damarques came across as a dick, and James was just boring. Remember this is just my opinion, and I am not saying that they can’t fight. I’m just saying I think they will usually be listed on the fight card as “may not be broadcast”. I did think it was a good fight. I have to give it up to James because Damarques just could not fight off those submissions. Well, now he knows what he needs to work on.

DIEGO SANCHEZ vs CLAY GUIDA
This is the last fight I will go over. I always look forward to watching Diego fight. I like when they show the trash talking that they do. Of course Diego also looks good doing it. Ladies am I wrong? Didn’t think so! Due to the fact that I freakin LOVE Diego, I didn’t give Clay a chance in hell. The first round was so exciting. These boys were ready to throw down! Clay took some blows and I thought it was over when Diego landed that wonderful leg kick. Clay proved that just because you are fugly, that doesn’t mean you don’t have the skills or a chin for that matter. He kept going and quitting was not an option to him. The 2nd round almost seemed like Clay’s comeback. He kept Diego down and on his back and managed to land some great shots of his own. The 3rd round was bloody terrific! The guys came out and gave it their all. Both of them landed and received some hard shots. Clay ended up really surprising me. Didn’t matter though, my opinion Diego had it in the bag. I believe this was the fight of the night. I may not be an expert in MMA but I am an expert in what I like and I liked this fight. Clay you get mad props and I have new respect for you. Just ditch the caveman look PLEASE! Diego, what can I say.....you’re hot, you can fight, you’re hot and you were sweet to me and my son when we met you…..Shine on baby! You’re a star!

I’m OUT!!!!!
k lovely.

T-Dub's Intro woMMAn's Blog

Finally a blog discussing MMA from a woMMAn’s point of view. Here we will not only discuss the fights and fighters, but we will also discuss who’s hot, and who pretty much sucks and needs to drop off the face of the earth. Whether you agree with our point of view or not , we don’t care. We are just sharing with you what we think, and that is all that matters.

First blog coming up will be on tomorrow night’s season final of TUF 9. Ladies, don’t miss this one, cuz Ross and Andre face-off, and they are the 2 hottest guys on team UK. We’re disappointed that Frank didn’t make to the finals, but look forward to seeing him fight again. He alone was Team US. Hopefully, Dana can find more guys like Frank next season, cuz I don’t know how much longer we can take of the little boys with complexes that he’s been picking lately. Go outside the camps, Dana! Please find guys that we can stand and look forward to seeing each week.

Ok, let me stop, before I get carried away. This was just going to be an introduction to our blog woMMAn. We are in no way experts, just spectators of the sport and huge fans. Where else can you find tight bodied men, rolling around on the ground in little shorts. Anyways, look for blogs from T-Dub and K-lovely regularly. There’s 2 cuz we don’t always agree. We will be posting when it matters, or whenever we feel like.
